Details of our standard maintenance packages are outlined below:
The Platinum Service.
This is the major water change service required every 2 to 3 months (dependant on the frequency of use) and to start up your new spa.
1.) Remove the Filter, check condition and clean thoroughly.
2.) Add Spa System Flush to remove scale and bio-film deposits from the spa plumbing.
3.) Check the spa plumbing for leaks and integrity, including all seals and gaskets.
4.) Check the operation and condition of all controls, pumps, valves and wiring.
5.) Check all jets for satisfactory operation and integrity of seal to the spa body.
6.) Drain the water from the spa and system.
7.) Clean and sanitise the spa interior surface.
8.) Refill with clean filtered water.
9.) Test the water for; Total Alkalinity, pH and Hardness.
10.) Adjust the water balance prior to sanitising.
11.) Add Shock Treatment to eliminate residual bacteria.
12.) Clean the underside of the Spa Cover and treat the topside with Protectant 303.
13.) Establish the sanitising system with EcoOne and regulate the Bromine dispenser.
14.) Re-check the operation of all spa functions from the top side controller.
15.) Clean the hot tub exterior and hose down the immediate area.
16.) Re-visit 24 hours later to confirm the sanitising system is established and stable.
The above maintenance establishes the EcoOne Monthly Sanitising System.
EcoOne produces a very stable environment in your Hot Tub and reduces the need to continuously balance the water, although you will still need to check it.
You should find that the weekly maintenance is limited to;
Check and add Bromine tablets to your dispenser.
Clean the filter with a hose pipe, or Water Wand.
Add Non-Chlorine Shock.

Use AquaSPArkle Immerse to deep clean your Filter.
Add Hot Tub Scale Remover.
Clean the underside of your Spa Cover.
The Gold Service.
This is a maintenance contract designed for commercial operators, or for those who sub-let their property and need a regular service every week.
1.) Remove the Filter, check condition and clean with high pressure water jet.
2.) Check all jets for satisfactory operation and integrity of seal to the spa body.
3.) Clean the spa interior waterline to remove any scum deposits.
4.) If necessary, treat with AquSPArkle Foam Reducer.
5.) Top up with clean filtered water.
6.) Test the water for; Total Alkalinity, pH and Hardness.
7.) Adjust the water balance, if required.
8.) Add Non-Chlorine Shock Treatment to remove water borne particles and bacteria.
9.) Check and regulate the Bromine levels.
10.) Check the operation of all spa functions from the top side controller.
11.) Clean the hot tub exterior and hose down the immediate area.
In addition to the above, at every 3rd visit the following will be carried out;
Add Hot Tub Scale Remover.
Clean the underside of the Spa Cover.
Use AquaSPArkle Immerse to deep clean your Filter.
PLUS; At every 12th visit the Platinum Service will be carried out.
The Silver Service.
This is a monthly maintenance contract designed for those of you who don’t want to handle the more onerous duties to maintain your spa.
1.) Remove the Filter, check condition and clean with high pressure water jet.
2.) Check all jets for satisfactory operation and integrity of seal to the spa body.
3.) Clean the spa interior waterline to remove any scum deposits.
4.) If necessary, treat with AquSPArkle Foam Reducer.
5.) Top up with clean filtered water.
6.) Test the water for; Total Alkalinity, pH and Hardness.
7.) Adjust the water balance, if required.
8.) Add Non-Chlorine Shock Treatment to remove water borne particles and bacteria.
9.) Check the operation of all spa functions from the top side controller.
10.) Clean the hot tub exterior and hose down the immediate area.
In addition to the above, at every 3rd visit the Platinum Service will be carried out.
