Why Enzymes?
Enzymes exist in all organic (naturally occurring) material, they are microscopic molecules that act as a catalyst (they accelerate a chemical reaction) and are commonly found in;
Detergents - To break down; blood, fat, perspiration and grass stains.
Brewing - They are bound to malt so starch is converted into sugar thus ensuring fermentation.

A brief guide to Enzyme function:
